Welcome to the Schuss Mountain Ski Patrol (SMSP) Home Page. We are a Registered Patrol of the National Ski Patrol System (NSPS). Our member certifications for Schuss Patrollers fall under the National Training and Testing Standards of the NSPS. This site is intended to be a resource of information for members of SMSP at Shanty Creek Resorts in Bellaire, Michigan. Please be aware that several of the links on the site are password protected for member confidentiality.

Some of the links and information are static resource information, however other areas such as Advisory Board meeting minutes are regularly updated after all recent meetings. Be sure to check back on a routine basis to stay informed on the topics and activities of the SMSP Board. Also, If you are a member, you can find addresses and phone numbers of other members on the Roster link (password protected). Of course signing up for duty shifts can be done from the menu above as well.
SMSP members don't forget to complete the Off-Season Volunteer Service Tracking Form also found in the menu (pull down More/Miscellaneous to find the form). Please include all activities such as fundraising, workdays, region or division meetings and other training events you attend over and above normal winter patrol shifts.
